Training With Us

Terms & Conditions

PRICE: Prices are as listed in the current Cloudhappen Global Sdn Bhd Course Catalog (the “Catalog”) and do not include any incidental costs associated with training services including but not limited to any Customer or student travel, student lodging, shipping, or freight. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

TAXES: The Customer agrees, in addition to the price specified herein, to pay all taxes, duties or imposts, or any other charges or additions thereto, upon the sale of the training services which are levied, assessed or required by law to be paid.

PAYMENTS: Invoices shall be paid by Customer at least thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of any training or delivery of any training material, whichever occurs first, unless other arrangements are made in advance and agreed to by Cloudhappen in writing. For reservations made within thirty (30) days of course commencement date, payment shall be due immediately. In the event the Customer does not pay the invoice within the time frame specified herein, Cloudhappen may cancel the Customer reserved training course dates following a notification to the Customer, with no obligation to reschedule.

For Wire Transfer payment method, please note that you may need to submit additional amount USD $30.00 per wire transfer to cover the wire transfer fee charged by your bank. This is to avoid any underpayment for the balance due in the invoice. We will add back the additional amount received into your billing account. The credit can be applied into your future invoices due.

Additionally, wire transfer will take 7 working days to process normally. Therefore, kindly email us your wire transfer confirmation slip and have it attach in the email so that we may proceed with the payment apply first.

Payment By Credit Card
To submit your payment using credit card/bank transfer (iPay88), please follow steps below:

  • Log into our Client Billing System at URL below: https://www.cloudhappen.com/clients/clientarea.php
    Login ID = Your Email Address
    *If you don’t remember your password, please click on “Forgot Password”*
  • After login, at the bottom of main page, you should see Unpaid Invoices.
  • Click on the invoice which you wish to view or pay.
  • To pay with Credit Card, select “Pay by Credit Card / Bank Transfer (iPay88) ” to submit your payment.
  • You will be redirected to payment page for you to fill up your credit card details.
  • After you have submitted your payment successfully, you shall receive your receipt within 24 Hours.

If you are paying by credit card from outside of Malaysia, kindly download and complete the Credit Card Authorization Form (CC_Auth_Form.pdf). Fax a copy of this completed form together with your passport to +603-8070 2902. Please specify your direct phone number which we can call to verify your identity. Credit card payment will be checked and processed within 2 business days from the date of receiving all supporting documents. Upon successful clearance of payment, service will be activated and you will be notified via email.

TRAINING LOCATION: Training will be conducted at the designated training facility as reflected in the course description. Customer shall comply with any applicable rules and regulations while attending training.

LANGUAGE OF TRAINING: All written or printed documentation and correspondence exchanged by the Customer and Cloudhappen related to the training courses and services provided by Cloudhappen shall be in the English language. Training courses shall be given in the English language unless otherwise specifically designated in the course description. The Customer is responsible for supplying a competent technical translator during each instruction session, if required, and subject to the approval of Cloudhappen.

CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULED TRAINING: Any Customer request for cancellation or rescheduling of a training course made less than fifteen (15) days prior to class start date may be subject to administrative fees and penalties as follows:

  • More than fifteen (15) calendar days from registered training course start date – no charge.
  • Between seven (7) to fifteen (15) days from registered training course start date – 25% of course price.
  • Less than seven (7) calendar days from registered training course start date – 100% of course price.
  • NO WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMERS: Cloudhappen makes no warranty of any kind with respect to training services sold. Cloudhappen shall not be responsible for the level of attainment reached by students participating in a training course nor for their ability to practically apply the information supplied by Cloudhappen, whether generally or for any specified known purpose. Cloudhappen makes no representation or warranty as to the adequacy or suitability of the training course(s) to enable Customer to achieve any particular purpose whether or not known to Cloudhappen.

    NO LICENSE: No license to the Customer, under any trademark, trade secret, patent, copyright, other intellectual property rights, or applications which are now or may thereafter be owned by Cloudhappen, is either granted or implied by the conveying of information to Customer and/or training of Customer. None of the information which may be submitted or exchanged by Cloudhappen to Customer shall constitute any representation, warranty, assurance, guarantee or inducement by Cloudhappen to Customer with respect to the infringement of trademarks, trade secrets, patents, copyrights, other intellectual property rights or any right of privacy, or other rights of third persons.

    COMPLIANCE AND REQUIREMENTS: Students must meet any and all prerequisites for a training course as reflected in the course descriptions or as determined by Cloudhappen in its sole discretion. Student failure to satisfy any required prerequisites will provide a basis for Cloudhappen to refuse to provide training services to such student, and in such case Customer shall not be entitled to any refund of course fees already paid and may be required to pay any or all course fees. The Customer must submit individual student information as requested by Cloudhappen at least thirty (30) days prior to the training start date. Late submittal of student information may result in denial of training.
    While attending a Cloudhappen training course, all visitors, Customer, and students agree that they will comply with Cloudhappen security policies, in addition to any and all other policies, advice, rules or recommendations made by Cloudhappen and all applicable regulations and laws. Cloudhappen may, on reasonable grounds, remove any visitor or require that Customer remove any student of a training course, and Customer agrees to comply. Any person so removed will not be permitted to attend a future training course unless and until agreed in writing by the Parties.

    TRAINING MATERIAL USE RESTRICTIONS: During the course of the training services, Cloudhappen may furnish written, electronic, or other materials that are copyrighted and contain information Proprietary to Cloudhappen (“Cloudhappen Training Material”). The Cloudhappen Training Material as is disclosed and furnished to Customer shall only be used for training purposes and only by the student pilots and student technicians attending the training courses and shall not be duplicated, transferred, sold, published, or disclosed to anyone other than employees of the Customer without the prior express written consent of Cloudhappen. Furthermore, the Customer is expressly prohibited from recording the training course or any training services activity, whether by audio, visual or any other means. In the event that the any training course is cancelled, either by the Customer or Cloudhappen, the Customer shall return all training material and training equipment to Cloudhappen, whether or not Customer is eligible for a refund of any fees paid pursuant to Cloudhappen’s cancellation policy.

    IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS: Visitors and students will be subject to U.S. and/or relevant country immigration regulations in order to attend training courses and visitors and students may be required to obtain visas, permits or other government authorizations prior to attending a training course. Visitors, Customer, and students are responsible for complying with all applicable immigration laws and regulations as well as obtaining the required visas and permits for their entry into the relevant country for training purposes. Cloudhappen will provide support to the Customer and students on immigration requirements in the form of facilitating with certain training visas and/or verification of training courses when Cloudhappen is able and when Customer and students have completed registration for such class, but at no time is Cloudhappen responsible for ensuring Customer or student compliance with the law or for government processing of any such requests. Cloudhappen reserves the right to refuse to verify Customer training course information for any reason, including in the event the Customer or student has failed to provide Cloudhappen with all requested information or in the event Customer is delinquent in payments to Cloudhappen. Cloudhappen reserves the right to refuse training to anyone not meeting immigration compliance requirements.

    ENTIRE AGREEMENT: The Order along with these Terms and Conditions of Sales of Training Services applicable to Cloudhappen sales and constitute the entire understanding and agreement between the Parties with respect to the training services referenced and supersede all prior representations and understandings, whether oral or written, not set forth herein. No different or additional terms in the Customer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions shall be a part of this Agreement, and Cloudhappen hereby objects to and rejects all such different or additional terms. This Agreement shall not be modified or interpreted by any prior course of dealing or usage of trade, or in any way unless other arrangements are made in advance and agreed to by Cloudhappen in writing.
